My DNA showed the amounts of protein, carbs and fat that I needed to lose all that extra weight. It also showed me what type of exercise I needed in order to help in the weight loss. I follow the plan and IT WORKS. I have lost 60 lbs in the last 26 weeks, an average of about 2.5 lbs per week. I have gotten off my medications and I feel and look a whole lot better!
