Peanut Butter Cookies™

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter or Another Nut Butter
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 TBSP Whole Wheat Flour or Cup4Cup GR Flour
  • 1/4 Cup of Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
How to Prepare
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients well.
  3. Then add the wet ingredients and mix together.
  4. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Drop dough onto the baking sheet (makes approximately 14 cookies).
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes, let cool.
